Pricing: While we make every effort to prevent errors, mistakes can occur. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors.
Special Order Items: Pet Parkway takes pride in our large selection; however, we cannot always stock all items in all breeds. We are happy to accept special orders. Most special order items will ship within 1-2 weeks; you will receive an e-mail after your order is placed with more details. If ordering special order items along with in-stock items, please specify if you would like us to hold your entire order until it all can ship at once, or if you would like to pay separate shipping and handling charges for each order to receive in-stock items faster.
Payment Options: Pet Parkway accepts Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, money orders, and checks; however, we reserve the right to hold shipment of an order until personal checks have arrived and cleared. A $20.00 fee will be charged for all checks returned with insufficient funds.
Shipping Information: Most orders will be shipped within 2 business days from the time of receipt on all in-stock items. All orders are shipped by UPS or US Postal Service within the 48 Continental United States. Special delivery options, such as next day or second day, are available upon request. Please call us for a quote. Please be sure to provide your full street address as UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes.
